Unhappy 89 5.2 hesitates and stalls coming to a stop.

Fellas, I'm in need of some help. My daily driver is acting up on me. It started being real sluggish and hesitating, unless I keep feathering the pedal it will stall on city streets.

When I get it on the high way it acts pretty much the same only difference is that I'm going at higher speeds. I practically have to give it full throttle to keep it from stalling and it runs better at full throttle. (Picks up speed for the most part)

I replaced the fuel filter, No change.
I just replaced the fuel pump and strainer, No change.

I am at a loss and have no idea what to do next with out spending money I don't have. I am hoping someone here has heard or experienced the same thing with their Ram.

[It starts right up and idles just fine when parked, now when it stalls on the road it takes two or three tries before it starts again.]

Thanks for any and all assistance.

It's showing 12 and 55. I just noticed it surges up and down when I let go of gas getting to a stop. If I don't feather the gas and hold the brake, by the time it comes to a complete stop it's stalled out. A couple of cranks and it starts up reving high and comes back down.

I went to a salvage yard and picked up a TB off a 6cyl Dakota, swapped the tps and map. Got codes 14 and 24 after doing so and it would not stay running. I disconnected the bat for approx ten minutes. The codes went away and only got 12 and 55. The Ram is running fine again! Thanks

I went and drove it again today and the hesitation is back. I drove about two miles no problem and then it went to crap! It kind of bogs when I give it any gas. If I floor it, it accelerates pretty ok. Not sure what to do. I need this beast running good since it's my daily driver. Thanks.

I tested both TPS' and read the same. Not sure if I did it correctly. I ohmed the outer pins and read four. Then the left (looking at the pins) and the middle and read zero, that as I turned it read from 1-4 the more I turned. Someone suggested a pick up plate in the distributor?
