Exclamation Will 31x11.50s fit on stock steel wheels?

First of all is that I understand that this question has surely been posted many times but I'm sorry I couldn't find anything on it.

Im just wondering if my 31x11.50 tires fit on stock steel wheels, it has 235 70 15s on it now.It also has no lift so also will it rub?

P.S. Im fixing to paint my wheels, any tips to help making the outcome look the best are welcome.

If your stock wheels are 6 inch wide, I wouldn't do it.

Will they fit? Probably.

Will they be safe? Probably not. They will likely be rolly-polly.

Well, found some wider wheels but I can't get any of the tires to seal the bead. I have tried all the tricks I know but I just cant do it.
