ok, still in the process of getting my 85 360 running right, it's missing.. it has new distributer, new cap new rotor,new wires, i just put plugs in it yesterday it was still missing... tested spark plug wires with a timing light, on some of the cylinders there was intermittant flashes, so i put on a different set of new wires thinking i might have screwed up building the other ones, still intermittant flashes.

do you all think it would do that if the plug was fouled and only firing sometimes?

any idea's on what the prob may be? I'm gonna try changing the cap and the plugs again tomorow but this is getting frustrating... i just picked up a tool that should tell me if the wires are ok but its raining now so I thought I'd ask around here. thanks!
