Default 1st Gen Grille & Seat Question

Hello, My father just acquired an 85 W-150 Short Bed. I have been thinking about getting him a late model grille, from like a 93 model.

I know that the body style is the same, but do the grilles interchange, or is there anything special that had to be done, to do such a grille swap?

Also, does anyone know id a bench seat from a GEN2 will bolt up to a GEN1 truck?

Any help you could provide would be greatly appreciated!

***Sorry if I posted a similar thread twice, I typed out the 1st thread, and could not find anywhere on the forum where it posted, or attached to my profile***

The seats are not a bolt in swap, but if you are even mildly handy with a welder, (or know someone that is) its easy. I have 3rd gen seats in my '78. Took maybe three hours, but only because my work kept getting interrupted by beer.
