need helps asap truck wont turn over

No ignition? Ignition Module? Silonoid? Check your wires under the dash on the driver side. An if this helps on my 85 I needed to see if my speedo cable worked and I unhooked one of the cables and I had nothing at all check on the back of your cluster and make sure all of the connectors are on there completely.
