74 power wagon will not start

Default 74 power wagon will not start

My 74 power wagon that has a 360 with a 4 speed trans will not start I have checked power I have power to everything I have changed most of the electronic stuff ( ballast resister,ECM pickup coil) it will still not start now I don't know what to do. Does any one know what I should do next? Thanks

So the starter does not spin at all?
Could be the igniton switch.
Do any of the gauges work when you turn the key on?
Could be a fusible link blew.

Yes the starter will spin i forgot to add that and the the engine will turn over but not start but when you turn the key back to off its like the engine trys to start.

Have you checked to see if you have spark? if so is the timing off? Have you put a little fuel down the carb to see if it tries to start? Three things that make an engine run. Compression, ignition (properly timed) and fuel. If you have those three things, it has to run.
