Default Roll On Bedliner Removal

Have an 88 D100 and one of my loving relatives rolled the bed with one of those liquid liners......Herculiner I think. It would have been OK I guess if they has prepped the bed before they applied the stuff. It lasted for 2 years, now its chipping all over. So.....I am planning to strip the entire turck down to bare metal away...so, whats the best way to remove this roll-on mess? Sand blast it or maybe soda blast it?

Thanks for the help

Its typical for DIY liners to peel and chip after a couple years. Just clean it up and scruff it then add a couple more coats.

If you really want to strip it, then I would think sand blast would work fine. Maybe paint stripper and scrapers.
