Default maximum tires size?

Hey guys, new here and was hoping someone might be able to tell me whats the maximum tire size for a 92 ram d150? I'm currently running p235/75r15 on a stock 15" rim i would like to put 32s or 33" BF goodrich ko or the or the new ko2's when they come out, on it with a new 16" rim (american racing ar23) but not sure if either of them will fit with out a lift and i don't really want to do a body lift so just kinda curious what i can do tire wise with a bone stock d150. any and all help is appreciated!

It's pretty hard to find anything in 16s that fit the same bolt pattern as our D Series; I looked for quite a while. However, I can help you with the tire size. I'm currently wearing 31x10.5 (whatever that works out to) on my '93. My truck came with fender flares, and they had to be cut before I could clear the 31s. 32s might be a stretch without some altercation. Hopefully this helps.

really, i went to American Racing and found a couple 16" rims that they SAID would fit, if they actually do or not is something ill have to find out but do the 31s fill up the wheel wells fairly good? my problem right now is the 235/75r15s are just to small to me, theres so much open room in the rear wheel wells and quite a bit in the front to but it just looks weird, when your close it looks fine but from far its just odd looking haha

Don't quote me on that, haha. Maybe it was just the specific type of wheel I was looking for. But yeah, I think they look pretty good. I was in the same boat, I thought the stock tire size looked really wimpy. The 31s look good; I'll have to post a picture when I get home.

I'm running 31x10.5x15 on 15x8 on a D150 and the only problem I have run into is when i hit a bump in the road over 45mph ill get some rub on the top in the front. I have coil spring spacers I am going to install in the front in order to get a little extra clearance.

ok, thats the look I'm looking for though, fills up the wheel wells pretty good and gives it more of a beefier look! when i go to get the 31s on it i'll probably put the coil spring spacers on it as well, just so i won't have to worry about the rubbing on the 31s. Thats a good looking truck by the way! This is my truck can't really tell how small the tires are but their small haha and thanks for the help, really appreciate it!
