Default My 92 won't start in the cold.

All of the sudden my 1992 ram 150 won't start when it is below 20 degrees unless i use starting fluid or gas the carb. It cranks but acts like it is getting no gas. A few drops of gas in the carb and she fires up immediately. I thought my temp sensor went out again and replaced it already, but to no avail. Any suggestions?
