Transmission dampner

I have a 90 Dodge D150 5.2 engine with 3 speed overdrive transmission. It has a vibration dampner on the tailshaft to correct droning/vibration at 50 mph. The bushings on the dampner are wornout and no longer serviced. Has anyone found anything to replace the bushings? newtjr
