Ive got a problem with my turn signals/ hazard lights not working... ive replaced all bulbs (front and rear) my running and brake lights work but my turn signals and hazards do not. The wiring going to the lights seems to be intact, would it be the switch on the steering column or the flasher relay under the drivers side dash? And how can I tell if the relay is bad, If I can at all without replacing it? Any help is appreciated

If the flashers are bad, there are two by the way one for the turn signals and one for the hazards, the turn arrows on your dash should stay solid only sometimes.
