Default Need help finding a replacement part

My truck used to run like a champ in the morning, but, like most any other 28 year old vehicle, parts start to wear out or die. My truck will run terribly when it's been sitting overnight, it almost wants to stall and just pours black smoke out the tailpipe. I always wait for the rough idle to go away before I drive it, because you can cause damage if you just get up and go like that. Once it stops shaking and belching smoke and I drive for a bit, even just a minute or two, it's running like it was brand new (It should, I've done a lot of work to this old girl!). I've gone through everything on this 87's 318 motor, even managed to track down a few hard to find parts, and I've narrowed the issue down to either a broken electric choke thermostat, or the dual stage electric choke switch. I've ordered a new thermostat since I don't know when it was replaced, if ever (My grandpa was the original owner, but I can't find anything in his repair logs about the choke). I want to replace the dual stage switch as well, since it is caked in dirt and carbon, and I want to be sure I've fixed this, not put a band-aid on it. Problem is, I can't find the switch. Anywhere. If anyone has a new switch, or knows where I can purchase one, I'd be very grateful. This truck means everything to me, it's all I have left to really remember my grandpa by. I'll put some pictures in of the switch and the thermostat so there isn't any confusion.

Be sure to check the choke pull off. When engine is first started the pull off should open the choke about 3/16". Remove the vacuum hose from the pull off, use the vacuum hose to retract the pull off. You will probably find the the diaphragm is bad. Also that model has heat from the exhaust passing under the intake. With age/miles it gets carboned up. Manifold will have to be removed. The choke that you are showing has an electric heater to assist in warming up.
