OK the check engine light is not on and when i flash the key 3 times in stays on 3 seconds and goes out.The required maintenance light is on but that doesnt matter.I talked to guy old guy thats worked on dodges a long time and he seams to think its one of three things. The TPS the MAP sensor or the fuel pump is going out.

 

The key dance has been used for a long time on mopars. It and the codes changed some from year to year. Here is the procedure and #'s but you may have others not listed. And if there are issues with the fuel pressure they will not show up as a fault code. You have to manually check that!
