I have a Dodge D-350 pickup. The 5th and reverse fork has a broken spring pin. The problem I am having is getting the shaft out of the shifter housing. I tried driving it out with a Brass drift but not luck. I have removed all the things to keep it from moving, the backup light switch and the spring pins. Does anyone out there know anything about how to get the shaft out of this housing? The Transmission is a Getrag 360.......5 speed Manual transmission. Thanks for any help, I have run out of ideas
