Converting Vac Boost to Hydra Boost Brake System

I have an 86 D-100 RWD,4 spd. and Slant 6. I'm having issues with new master cylinder and vacuum boost and know for a fact you can convert this to a GM type Hydra Boost system. Who has done this and where did you source your parts?
