I have a 1979 dodge 300 dually i havent been able to locate a dash and gage set up for it the wireing is shot in the dash and my question is will a dash set up out of a 83 dodge work in my 79 with aame wires or will i have to change out the wires

 

The amp gauge in these trucks is a known problem. I would convert it to a volt gauge instead.
