Hello all. About a year ago my girlfriend wa sdriving my 85 Ram D150, and while coast at 30mph, it began to stall. She shifter into Neutral, accidentally bumping it into Reverse. Now the transmission is screwed up in 1st gear(grinding, jerking, loud). In 2nd and 3rd gear the transmission works great. NOw I am left to decide to rebuild the factory A999 or replace it with a new one, or up it to a A727. The truck has sentimental value, so selling it is no option. Any advice is appreciated. And if anyone near Houston/Waco/Tyler TX area has a good trans, please email me.
