Default Headlight issues 88 w100

so I just recently purchased an 88 w100. The guy said their were issues with the passenger side light going out when switching to high beams. When I got to looking today I noticed that him or another previous owner did a shoddy job of doing a newer bulb retrofit and changed the wire ends that hook up to the light.

What do I need to do in order to convert it NACK to stock configuration?

Head to a junk yard and pull the harness you need.

best to just get a good factory manual and fix the wiring. you can usually just get aftermarket headlight connectors for the lights. i believe it is the h4 connector that you would need. should be able to get it through your local parts store or from ebay if you can wait. now saying this i would advise you to just install a relay harness if you are having to fix the headlight wiring. a relay harness should make the headlights brighter and take a ton of load off the old stock wiring and connectors. also if you are good with wiring you can also slip a diode between the hi and low beam relay so that you can keep the low beams on when you have the high beams on. it lights up the road way better when you need the high beams.

you can't be serious. you know how rare the harness would be for something like that? any 88-93 harness's are nearly impossible to find and even then the harness for his truck would be a 88-90 specific.
