Default Dash lights not working

I have a 1993 w150 and I took the dash out to look at how much of a job it’s is the change them and when I plugged everything the oil pressure e brake brights and signal lights work but not the gauge lights what is the issue

When you did this, was the negative battery terminal disconnected? Additionally, the 2 harness plugins on the back of the instrument panel; are they matched up to the metal prongs they are supposed to be lined up with?
