Changing tire size? 1990 Dodge D250

I received a 1990 Dodge D250 5.9 gasser with only 80,000 on it from my father. Now the stock tire I have is 215 85 16 on stock suspension and want to know what larger tire/rim combo I can go without any rubbing?
