Trying to put headers on magnum 360 that is in a 88 d150. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

What problem are you having, hitting the frame on driver side?? I bought hedman headers, went in no problem. I did have to ding it slightly on the driver side for a little more clearance. I did notch the plate on the driver side that the mount bolts to on the frame. It seems with all the research I have done, it just depends on the manufacture of the headers, and the truck. Some didn't have to ding the header at all, and others say they just plain wouldn't fit. But I did notice new engine mounts give a little more clearance. I ripped both of my engine mounts apart in the first mile, got Napa ones, they are stiffer, and so far seem to be holding up, it's solid mounts when they give up. Some also had to put shims under the mounts for a little extra room.
Starter has to come out, and oil filter. Driver side is easier to install from underneath, passenger side can go in from top, but the oil filter has to come off.
