Cab swap 83 prospector to 93 power ram

are you sure you are installing it correctly? i have never had an issue swapping steering columns. it can sometimes be a bit tricky to get in and all lined up but everything has always lined up and bolted in. if need be you could oval out the holes with how big the washers are the holds the steering column in but it really shouldn't need to be done,

you could measure the bolts on the column and compare them to the holes in the cab. both should be the same. it will only go in 1 way. i have never read of anyone having issue with steering columns when they have done cabswaps. i even measured the holes on my 81 and 93 today to verify it. both measure the same.
