Default 89 W100 318 TBI code 37, 51,52,55

My truck is having a couple of problems. During a cold start it will start to idle then almost die, but it picks itself back up usually. If I rev the engine there are no problems. Next when I slow down to come to a stop the truck will want to die. If I put it in neutral the truck is fine. Lastly when I am just cruising, around 25-45 mph, in third gear it runs rough when I step on the gas it almost wants to stall. Then it down shifts and it is fine. I had just recently replaced the fuel filter and fuel pump. The distributor cap and O2 sensor have also been replaced within the last 6 months or so.

have you tried checking O2 sensor voltage reading? 1 of those codes running rich and the other is lean so i would be wondering if the sensor may have gone bad. could also try cleaning the idle control motor. could need a cleaning/greasing to help it move a bit better.
