Default Looking for whole ehaust system for '87 Ram 150

I got this truck for nearly nothing, and right now am just using it toplow my driveway. In the spring I want to resiter and get it inspected. The exhaust blew apart right behind the Y pipe.

I am finding that replacement exhausts for this truck are difficult, if not impossible to find. I have lead on a used one, but really don't want to go there. Someone in another forum suggested dualing it out. I presume that would mean 2 cats (I't will need to pass emissions in this state). Anybody know of a manifold-back dual kit? Someplace online that sells those parts? Some kind of "bend my own" solution maybe?

TIA

JH

Nothing like that exists.

I would highly recommend getting your exhaust done at a shop - they can buy a pre-bent 3" piece for the muffler out the right rear pretty cheap, and the muffler will be under a hundred depending on what you get, and the front half should be under $150 without a cat, $250-300 with a single high-flow cat. If you've got a 318 I'd go with 2.25" from the manifolds into a Y, then 3" from there back, if you've got a 360 I'd say 2.5" into 3".

check out summitracing.com for exhaust parts. i just picked up a set of headers, 2 magnaflow highflow cat's and 2 chambered mufflers all stainless and all 2.5 for 500 shipped. any exhaust shop would be able to weld up a new exhaust using those parts for around 250. i got a quote for 400 to have the headers installled and the exhaust welded with stainless tubing. havent put it on yet but should sound nice.
