Default Fuse Box 1983 W250 - How is it supposed to mount/be supported?

My new to me 1983 w250 has a dangling fusebox and I do not see how the box was originally supported - I see two ears sticking out that would suggest it snaps into something and pivots but what does it snap into or how is this box supported? Thanks!

The cover for the fuse area has 2 female receptors for the two round studs on my 1987. I went with zip ties as my cover is sort of fading.

yep, found the cover and correct location per FSM-a weak mount for sure -will probably remount and secure with velcro strapping on that cover. Need to warm harness a little with heat gun to coax it back into its natural position. Cheers
