How Many Grease Points on ''83 W250?
Anyone happen to know who has a w250 how many grease points there are and where they are located on the 4x4's from this era? Thanks! Bringing her back from near dead!
A lot depends on if you have factory sealed parts. Those don't have zerk fittings. At the age of the truck though, you probably have replacement parts. There will be fitting on the universal joints on both driveshafts. Upper and lower ball joints or knuckles. Your tie rod ends, center link and idle arm may also have them. Other than that, look around for build up grease. It collects dirt and makes a thick sludge that builds up. Scrape the build up away and you may find more fittings. Be thankful your truck isn't from the 50's. Those had fittings everywhere. They even had fittings on the springs.
