Question 82-90 Dodge W150 Turn Signal Switch - Hazard tilt wheel

I'm looking for a hazard switch (or button) for my 83 W150. The button itself is broken off but it appears the switch works okay.
1. Does anyone know a source for JUST the button?
2. Does anyone know the difference between the tilt and non-tilt switch?
The tilt switch is hard to find, except at LMC where it's $100 plus $20 shipping. I thought about replacing the whole switch but the price and availability are making it tough, especially when I really only need the button.
Any help would be appreciated.

not replaceable seperately on that one you show. which looks like the non tilt one
newer ones the **** is round and screws in with a single Phillips screw/ if you have this type you might get away with just the screw for now with enough sticking out to grab and enough threaded in to "not" pull out and strip. Ive gotten tehse from the junkyard many times. probably wouldnt even charge you.... the Phillips fits in your pocket so would the **** and screw.

Thanks for the reply, I had to guess at the pictures since my isn't there. I'm new to Dodge Rams, been a car guy for years and just wanted a change. Bought this 83 and enjoying it so far but there's little things that need attention.
I aprreciate the advice, I"ll see if the screw idea works for now.
