Is the choke closing all the way and is it burning any oil?

My dodge is fuel injected, burns very little oil . but oil pressure is faily low. I thinking it might be electronic?

Probably - Might be a problem with the TBI computer. I'm not too good with the TBI trucks - Mine's an 84 D150 with the 318 and a 4 bbl carb - I'm better with the carb engines.

Strange problem for TBI fuel injection. Is the smoke black or blue?
Try the easy things first, run a can of SeaFoam through the gas tank. NAPA/CarQuest will have it for about $6. That will clean out the fuel system.
The only way extra fuel can get in there is from leaky injectors. When you shutdown the engine look down into the throttle body and see if the injectors are dripping, they should NOT be.
