Default Rare 1st gen STOCK grill guard??

I have a 1990 1st gen d150 that was made in mexico, explaining the wild paint job and stock grill guard. I want to know if anyone has any idea on if the stock grill guard is worth anything having it be apparently extremely uncommon- i can’t find anything anywhere on 1st gen stock grill guards. The man i bought it from said he had a few guys ask him if they can buy it off him for hundreds. now since i don’t plan on keeping it i want to see if there’s a chance i can get decent money out of it.

i really don't see it being super valuable. i could be wrong but i don't believe it is a "factory" option. it is likely a dealer option just like most of them funny painted trucks. it is nothing more than late 80's bolt on parts.

If you can sell it for a good price, go for it. I found an old JC Whitney catalog from the 1988 era and it had similar guards in it.

Why yes, I do tend to hold onto stuff.
