Default What can I use to cover holes under wiper cowl?

What is the long rubber strip that covers the holes around the wiper arms called? Any ideas where to buy or what to use instead? These holes are contributing to leaks into the cab.

I have a 1991 D150 and am finally sorting out the leaks to the interior cab from rain. I’ve determined they major ones are coming from the side kick panel areas next to and under the dash.

When I pulled the wiper cowl off I realized there use to be a long fitted rubber cover under there that covered all the holes and I guess I forgot to put it back at some point. Woopsie. Well now I need to find an alternative solution to keep the rain from going straight into those holes and leaking into cab.

Anyone solves this before? Duck tape? Flex Tape? Make my own cover from plexiGlass?
