I am just about to get my 1973 Dodge Style side back on the road but I need a driver's side door lift-up handle and supporting mechanism. I can't seem to find one down under. Can anyone help?

Being an export model, it may have an older body style than a '73 in the states. Post some pictures of your truck from various angles and also of the part you need. Is the lift up handle on the inside or outside of the door?
