1990 Front Coil Spring Insulator

1990 Front Coil Spring Insulator
I have a 1990 Dodge 2wd 3800 # front end.
I ordered new insulators that go on top of the coil spring Dodge part number 4112342, Moog replacement K160037. They are not the same, although Moog tells they are correct.
I even sent pictures of the old ones to Moog, they told me they are the same.
Has anyone tried these new Insulators?
The first two pictures are from the orginals and second is the Moog K160037.

Took a few trucks to realize dodge even used the insulator. (Usually missing). Never saw one in a Chevy 2wd truck and it's a similar arrangement. The D250 I drive doesn't have any.
I bought the moog ones too. Pictures were deceptive. Thought they were more substantial than 1/8" thick. Lesson learned; if i want something more substantial/durable, I'll be looking at polyurethane offerings. Take some measurements and dig through the Energy Suspension catalog.
