I’ve got a ‘92 D350, and its motor is pretty tired, as the 360 in it was a workhorse its entire life. I’m curious what I can do to get a few extra ponies out of it.

Alternatively, what motor would be an easy swap with some extra power? I’m not too set on keeping some of the electrical stuff, so I’m just wondering what would be an easy bolt in solution

 

Do you need to keep it efi or can you use a carb or aftermarket efi? Could build a 360 magnum or possibly do a hemi swap.
