Default Build sheet decoder

Hello, I have a 1991 Dodge W350. I found the build sheet for this truck in the seat. I would love to find the decoder used so that I can find out about the truck and what features it has.

Good luck, I have a partial one from my 78 and still haven't been able to find anything on the truck side. 60-70 cars are easy, About the mid 90' and up you can find but nothing for older trucks. Vin ID and paint codes are about it.

For older Dodge trucks the paper build sheet is often the best clue, but decoding it fully can be hit or miss. I have had some luck comparing option codes against other examples, and even using tools like Toyota VIN Check as a reference point for how manufacturers structure build data. It usually helps confirm production basics even if it does not reveal every option. Sometimes the history comes together only by piecing a few sources.
