Well I finally got the exhaust manifold all done,truck runs Great Except when it's cold

When I bought this thing all the emmission crap had been chopped and tossed!

My question is,How do I hook up the Choke stove???
What color fact wire??

There is also an electric idle solenoid??? on the carb thats also un-hooked!

Can anyone help me with this little problem???

Also on the top of the intake,towards the firewall there's another switch,Not sure what it is!!
It's threaded into the intake!
It has a plug on top of the switch,and a grounding terminal on the side!
Have any clue what this is???

I have a "Haynes"book,but it pretty much SUX!!!

I would really like to get the choke hooked up and working properly!!
