Default 88 318 TBI Problems

Our '88 150 4X4 is running like crud and using way too much gas. Rev it up in neutral and black smoke out the tailpipe. At idle, the injectors are spraying huge amounts of fuel. Replaced one injector, no change. Codes come up as 15, 24, 33, 35. 55. What's with 33 and 35? AC and cooling fan? Ive got neither. Will the computer go into a limp home mode where it just sprays gobs of fuel? How do I remove the codes? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Well first thing's first, yank the battery and stand on the brake (brake light) to discharge the system completely, then fire it up and see if it's still faulty. Other than that, start looking at the obvious things that affect A/F - O2 sensor, MAP/MAF sensor (whichever you've got), ECU, etc.
