Thanks for the help on my 88 dodge. I made a decision today that will hopefully solve alot of my problems. I bought a 360 short block and you all tell me if I am stupid or smart but this is what I have planed.
bored 30 over
steel stroker crank
h beam rods
flat top pistons (any suggestions on type)
molly complete seal rings
318 swril port heads
5 angle valve job
RV cam
1.6 roller rockers (to add a bit more bump)
harden push rods
twin 4bbl holly intake
two 600cfm hollys
1 5/8 long tube headers to 2.5 out to flow masters
have it all balanced to about 7000nrpm
to top it off, msd ign
tell me if you think this is a good combo.
