Default Hazard lights

Recently all my tail lights stopped working (everything - tail, brake, turn, and reverse). After checking the fuses, they still didnt work. I checked all the bulbs, and they all worked. So, I started tracing wires and found a few were ripped apart. I suppose they got caught on something and pulled apart. So I got to rewiring, and got them all working, except for my hazard lights. They do work, but only if the tail lights aren't on. If the tail lights are on, they won't flash. Does anyone have any idea what is wrong, or what I have done wrong?

Double check your ionic flux capaciter. Sometimes you gotta tap it with a hammer. Gently.

Sounds like you crossed a wire maybe.
