im looking at this truck, its got a slant-6 with a 4 speed manual. single cab long box its blue, and needs new paint. but this thing is rust free! 54kms on it. how easy is it to swap a V8 into there and maybe convert to 4x4, thats what i want a nice 4x4 dodge

 

The 4x4 conversion isn't such an easy thing to do [&:] but the V8 swap is fairly easy to do on the older trucks.

Personally, I'd stick with the slant 6. It's a good motor, and would get you better mileage than a V8. Then again, if wheeling is what you want the truck for, you might want to find a different truck all together and not beat one that's in good condition. Just my 2 cents though.
