New guy here, I need to find the power steering return line fitting for a 92 d150, every place I have asked said all they can get is the pressure line or the rubber hose. I need someplace that sells just the fitting.

 

I just replaced the power stering box on my 91 w250 360cid and of course the the pressure and return line were shot / rusted. Replaced the pressure from a parts store and had the same as you reagarding the return. I ended up using a pre made double flared brake line with the fittings on the steel line. Placed in my tubeing binder to make the two thurs and wa la a new return. The Doulbe flare seats just fine inside the box with no leaks. You will have to tighten the fitting down almost till you run out of thread before she seats.

 

I'm all set now just replaced it with a gas line with correct fitting. thanks
