Free up, as in it's seized? Unbolt it, unhook the brake line (and plug), then use a mallet to pound it off your rotor, take it to a parts store, and buy a new one.

buy a new one.... there $20.00 at autozone if you bring in your old one for a core.... I know, i had to replace the rubber brake line, witch turned into doing the steal line from the porp. valve and then had to bleed the caliper for air... and the bleeder broke so i had to buy a new caliper... $20.00 dollars....
