I bought a 1988 d-100 about 2 years ago. It has a 318 that has some mild work done to it still has the stack throtal body. It has been lifted 6" and i am having trouble with keeping u-joints and drive shafts in the rear. the lift was on it when i bought it and it has been on the truck for about 6 years. I have had people look at the truck and they said everything is ok. The truck is not an off road truck but it has been off road a couple times and that is when i started having all the problems. I thought i got it fixed I put new u-joints and yokes but the u-joins keep coming out. What i need is some info. on what i can do to fix this and i am wanting to find a drivetrain out of a d-250.

You probably need a custom shaft?
