I am currently looking at buying an 83 Ram with the 318 in it.
The current owner says that there is a flooding problem sometimes with it and I was curious if anyone had any ideas on
what it could be? Any help would be great

 

floats sticking in the carb? You can rebuild the carb or get a new one.
