what year is your truck?
the 5.7 hemi only come in the new rams
you will have a 318 or 360.
If your truck is carburated, then I would go with a bigger carb. and intake, headers and dual exhaust.

400 lb-ft is a lot for a stock small block. 160 hp sounds right for a 360 though. If you've currently got a 4bbl carb, bigger isn't what you want to do because iirc the q-jets flow somewhere north of 800cfm and unless you're doing something major, you aren't going to pump that much air through the motor. The stock 4bbl intake manifold itself is a good piece too, basically an edelbrock knock-off, so you're better off spending the $200 elsewhere. Cam, headers, rockers, stuff that'll actually make a difference.
