i have a 91 d150 with a 318. need to now what kind transmission that in the truck and what engines will bolt up to it?

most likely i'll keep my 318, but if i can find a 360 i'll drop it in there. i'm half way across the world (iraq)right so it's pretty hard to find out what transmission i have right now.
