Morning All! Does anyone have a wiring diagram for a 3 wire alternator? Mine runs to the gauges thru a resistor to the battery, but it isnt charging. I replaced the resistor and it work, it quit, alternator still charging. I direct wired it to the battery temp and it works, but the gauge still registored.

I need to trace out the wires and the maual I have isnt detailed enough to do that.
