AIMS makes control arms that lowers the truck 3" and I cut 1/2 a coil for a total of 4". I have a 82 ,90 and a 92 that I have done and they all ride very nice.

do they make coil springs? heat the coil spring work, but it looks like crap, don't get me wrong, it rides great, but i just don't like the way it looks.

If you use the AIMS control arms and cut 1/2 a coil ride quality is good and it is easy to allign. I'm not sure if they make a spring for the front , but I would not heat your coils because it takes the temper out of them (makes them junk). Can someone give me a link to the correct AIMS Control arms? What Springs and shocks should I use up front after that? Parts numbers? also I'm going to be doing the axle flip in the rear, what shocks should I use with that as well?

well aimind.com is the place you guys are talking about... and yes they say they have springs for our trucks and i have also heard that u can use 94-01 drop springs...but they are a little stiffer...a stock 94-01 spring in our trucks actually raises it 1/4 " so u have to factor that into your drop
