Any one lowered a 78 d150 need help!
If you use the AIMS control arms and cut 1/2 a coil ride quality is good and it is easy to allign. I'm not sure if they make a spring for the front , but I would not heat your coils because it takes the temper out of them (makes them junk). Former lowered1stgen (forgot pass word and would not take my e-mail address) now lowenuff
Can someone give me a link to the correct AIMS Control arms? What Springs and shocks should I use up front after that? Parts numbers? also I'm going to be doing the axle flip in the rear, what shocks should I use with that as well?
well aimind.com is the place you guys are talking about... and yes they say they have springs for our trucks and i have also heard that u can use 94-01 drop springs...but they are a little stiffer...a stock 94-01 spring in our trucks actually raises it 1/4 " so u have to factor that into your drop
