I have a 1983 Dodge Ram with the /6. I LOVE her!! She's big, yellow, people get out of her way and I look cool driving her.

Some of her parts are going through menopause so I've been under the hood a lot lately. Most recently I went to change the power steering pump out and realized the pump may have been ok, the mounting bracket was broken in half. Either way, I'll put the new one in as soon as I can find a replacement MOUNTING BRACKET!!!!

Been to junk yards, find the right trucks to pull from, but the part is already gone every time. HELP...please....I need "Ole Yeller" back on the road. She looks so sad just sittin there.

 

If you have the bracket still, just weld it back together.

 

bench grinder and a power drill on a piece of angle iron works real good for DIY fabrication.
