hello i know i dont own one but i have a few questions. first of all a regular customer at the shop i work at just bought a 08 avenger R/T and wants to start moding it. fisrt things first i was wondering if anyone makes a custom intake tube with a cone filter on the end like a k&n fipk. or even a drop in filter. also i was wondering if anyone had a part number for a 180* thermostat. and last but not least what haveyou guys(and girls) done to mod your avengers. all pics are welcome. thanks in advance

Don't know any answers to your questions, but I see a lot of potential in the 08 Avenger R/T's! Those cars look really good.

Please tell me you are not going to put on a "puddle sucker" and drop the temp on this bad boy. Yes I agree this puppy has great potential. But the mods you are discussing will not help this baby out, if anything this willdestroy what performance it does have.

"Puddle suckers" ie cone filters are supossed increase air flow. the stock system's biggest restriction is the throttle body and that is where it should be.
Colder coolant systems couse the engine to run richer but at the expence of poor fuel atomization and poor feedback management.

moding the managment system, total intake and exaust system in balance will bring this baby to life.
