Yea overall, I love my new avenger r/t, and so far only one thing I find annoying with it is the blind spot in the back, diagonal from the driver's seat...

but

since it's kind of hard to find a quarter mile ET anywhere for the thing... I'm going to take it to a track in another state a week from now and I'll keep you posted of the ET, in auto, and manual, (if there would be any kind of difference, I'll post it anyway)

but I got one thing to say...

How come I can never brag about my car and call it a beast on here without someone putting down on it? I mean it's the facts of life that no matter what you do somebody somewhere has something negative to say about it but dan...

It's pretty much common sense that it's not the fastest thing out there, it's not the slowest either. I can name plenty of cars that could smoke my car in any kind of race...

but you let me call my car a beast and someone it going to get mad or something, and talk about how much better another car would be, or how theirs is better...

I had an 05 dodge ram HEMI before I bought it but the truck I beat, someone built it from the ground up just for racing. Yea,,, his torque ratings would beat mine, but he challeneged me to a dragrace, and I beat him therefore he wasted all his time and money trying to make it fast.

Simple logic, I win a race, I won the race.

I'm not stupid as to challenge a truck driver to a torque contest, I mean what kind of comment was that for someone to tell me not to put down on somebody's raggedy old truck that he wasted all his money on.

Fyi I'm a roughneck offshore on an oil rig and I make 5800 a month. I have no other bills and as soon as I pay this car off I can afford another.. (but I have other plans like getting a house and a better life, and getting out of this drug-filled town, if there's anything more you need to know about me... *rolls eyes*)

Therefore, with my excellent credit, I can afford just about anything someone tells me is better than my car... other than exotics. so stfu

what does this post have to do with anything?

The simple fact that I'm happy with my car and I cannot brag about it without people telling me stuff I already know..

i thought it would be funny. But I guess a lot of people take others too seriously and that's why they sit on forums all day.

It's a life lesson, if you have nothing good to say, don't say anything at all.

I can if I dan well feel like it. If someone gets childishly mad enough about me or my car that they want to race me, and if they beat me... so what? They haven't proven anything to me at all. it's not like if things don't get heated enough, I can't just walk out my car over to theirs and knock them out with my superior roughneck arms... while they sit all day on a computer researching stuff and getting weak andstill don't know jack...

and I did type in 1337 because it was supposed to be ridiculous and I still saw a lot of that here in dodgeforum anyway..
